From facial recognition technology to access automation systems , this team integrates advanced tech into large-scale construction sites - and they're growing fast. This is your chance to join a high-performing, supportive team based in Alexandria , working with warm leads, innovative products, and genuine career progression. No door knocking. No aimless cold outreach. You'll have hundreds of warm and researched leads to contact , plus the opportunity to generate new ones through targeted B2B outreach. Your role will include: Contacting inbound and pre-qualified leads Generating new opportunities via research, phone and email outreach Conducting initial qualification meetings and calls Building relationships with construction companies and project managers Assisting with quotes and proposals Working closely with the Head of Sales to identify growth opportunities Developing strong product knowledge in construction technology Occasionally visiting construction sites across Sydney to meet prospective clients You'll hand qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager to close - meaning you can focus on building relationships and creating strong pipelines. You'll also be monitored, coached, and supported by an experienced and talented Sales Manager, working directly alongside the Head of Sales and CEO.
